Documents and information required for the name-surname change procedures of partners-authorized signatories of limited companies

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  1. Petition
  2. The change;
    • (a) If made by court decision, the court decision showing the change with a finalization annotation (copy certified by the court or a notary, 1 original, 1 photocopy),
    • (b) If due to marriage, a notarized copy of the marriage certificate or a population registry record with civil status events approved by the Population Directorate (1 original)
    • (c) If due to divorce, the court decision by which the divorce became final or a population registry record with civil status events approved by the Population Directorate (1 original)
