Cooperative Change of Address

Documents and information required for cooperative change of address procedures

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  1. Petition
  2. Notarized Board of Directors resolution of the cooperative on the change of address

    (1 original – 1 photocopy)

NOTE

If the change of address results from a house numbering project carried out by municipalities, an application with a petition and a letter obtained from the relevant municipality showing the cooperative's NEW ADDRESS is sufficient. If the municipality's letter does not show the old address, the procedure cannot be carried out.
