New Cooperative Registration

Required documents and information for new cooperative registration procedures

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (Trade Registry Regulation, Article 109)

  1. New Registration Request Petition
  2. For registration with the Chamber: Legal Entity Registration Declaration
  3. Articles of association approved by the Trade Registry Directorate and by the relevant Ministry / Provincial Directorate

    (1 original - 1 photocopy)

  4. Permit letter of the relevant Ministry / Provincial Directorate

    (1 original or notarized copy)

  5. Specimen signatures/signature declarations of the Board members authorized to represent

    (If no signature record is held in the databases of public institutions and organisations or the record cannot be obtained, the signatures of the persons concerned are submitted to the directorate either by having them physically notarised or by making a written declaration at any Trade Registry Directorate.) (1 original)

  6. If a legal entity is elected as a member of the board of directors, a notarized copy of the resolution of the competent body designating only one natural person, determined by the legal entity, to act together with the legal entity and on its behalf.
  7. Photographs of the Board members
