Required documents and information for cooperative liquidation commencement procedures

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  1. Petition
  2. Notarized minutes of the general assembly meeting

    (To be affixed to the General Assembly Meeting Minutes Book pursuant to Turkish Commercial Code Articles 64/4 and 375/f) (1 original, 1 photocopy)

  3. Record of hand delivery of the invitation to members to the general assembly, notification by post, newspaper announcement, etc.
  4. List of attendees (attendance list)

  5. Letter of appointment of the Ministry representative

    (1 original)

  6. Board of Directors Agenda Resolution

    (1 photocopy)

  7. Specimen signature/signature declaration of the liquidator

    (If no signature record is held in the databases of public institutions and organisations or the record cannot be obtained, the signatures of the persons concerned are submitted to the directorate either by having them physically notarised or by making a written declaration at any Trade Registry Directorate.) (1 original)

  8. Call announcement to creditors

At least one of the liquidators must be a Turkish citizen and have their place of residence in Türkiye (TCC-536).
