  5. Record of hand delivery of the invitation to members to the general assembly, notification by post, newspaper announcement, etc.
  6. List of Attendees

  7. Letter of appointment of the Ministry representative

  8. Agenda resolution signed by the Board of Directors

  9. If a board election is held at the general assembly, a Board of Directors resolution on the allocation of duties among the board and on how the cooperative will be represented and bound – sample resolution attached

  10. Signature declarations of the members elected to the Board of Directors, prepared by a notary public under their titles
